BS blogs blogs just like your mother used to write

I know this is terribly late. And I should have seen this movie when it came out like the rest of the movie dweebs. But here's my review of Speilberg's Munich.

If you are a fan of moral ambiguity, murder and mayhem; If you are either an Israeli or an Arab sympathizer then this is the movie you've been waiting for. Everybody else keep waiting. Not that it is a bad movie. Certainly worth every penny I paid to see it. (A friend loaned me the DVD.) Based off of a book by George Jonas, titled "Vengeance: The True Story of an Israeli Counter-Terrorist Team" it is basically an indictment of terrorism. One obvious theme in the movie, mentioned by both a young Arab terrorist and the mother of the protagonist is the idea of having a "homeland" or a nation to which to belong. The need to own a particular piece of "chalky dirt" just to feel safe, is an animalistic territorial trait we humans need to rise above. This is the kind of thinking that provides the justification for all of the horror. Maybe these people should instead worry about making the earth a "homeland" for every person living on it.
